We built an arcade — and four more games

Published 2 July 2026

SpecEnvoy has a Games section now. It started as one small flight game and quietly grew into a whole arcade plus four bigger worlds — all free, all running right in your browser, nothing to download.

We make focused, private tools for grown-ups. Games weren't the plan. But it turns out the same things we care about — open a page and it just works, no accounts, no ads, no tracking, kind to a mid-range tablet — make for lovely little games too. So we kept building. Here's what's live.

Glowcade: 28 arcade cabinets in one neon hall

Glowcade is our reimagined arcade — twenty-eight games under one roof. The classics you'd expect (a snake, a falling-blocks puzzler, bubble shooters, brick-breakers) sit next to wave shooters, match-3, memory, 2048-style number fusing, picross pictures, pinball, solitaire, tower defense, and five two-players-on-one-tablet duels for the kitchen table. Every cabinet has levels, power-ups, a synth soundtrack, and both a local and a worldwide leaderboard. Swipe on a tablet, keys and mouse on a desktop.

Four bigger games, if you want more room to move

Everything you fly, drive and fight is made up

This matters to us, so we'll say it plainly: none of these games use a real aircraft, car, or brand. Every plane, every vehicle, every enemy is an original design, and where we could we generate things with code instead of shipping downloaded assets. Sounds are synthesized in your browser. The one open-source 3D library we use is properly licensed and credited. Each game has its own licensing page if you want to check our working.

Made for the family tablet

These are built to run on a normal 2024 tablet, not a gaming rig — modest download sizes, touch controls that actually work with thumbs, and a language toggle inside each game. They're free because the rest of SpecEnvoy is free, and because a kid should be able to open a link and play without an app store, an account, or an advert in sight.

Pick a cabinet, or take something out for a longer spin.
